I talked to Jo about the cage for my installation and we talked about what I needed, where I could get a cage and what size I wanted my cage to be. She suggested I talk to Bill about my plans.
Bill recommended I go to supermarkets and ask for a cage (that they use to transport food and products to stock the shelves) that I could borrow or keep. He is also going to keep my idea in mind if anything comes up.
As I have previously mentioned, I have very little knowledge of making sound or using it. I feel in using sound, it will give me the challenge that I desire. I will have to ask Jamie to help me with the technical aspects and also ask for advice on how to record and talk about ideas of what my sound entails.
Scratch-film
I feel more confident in using scratch-film, as I have previous knowledge and experience in this technique, but yet I still feel I need to practice with the film and writing on the film. I will also need Jamie or Brian's help editing the film.
